Eligibility, intake and booking
How a Sleep Week stay comes together.
The path
Six steps, start to finish.
01
~10 min
Application
Tell us your goals, answer a basic health screen, pick timing, and give consent. Health answers are kept separate from other data.
02
2–5 days
Clinical review
A clinician reads your answers before we schedule anything, and will point you elsewhere if you need medical care first.
03
2 weeks prior
Pre-arrival preparation
You fill out proven questionnaires, share any wearable data you have, and describe your home environment.
04
4 days
Four days on property
One night to set your baseline, one adjusted night, and one night to lock in the changes.
05
Day 4
Physician review and sign-off
Our tools draft your plan. A clinician checks and approves it before you get it.
06
90 days
Home and 90 days
You take your plan and kit home. We check in again, if you want, at day 30 and day 90.
Eligibility
A good fit if advice hasn't worked.
- Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up feeling tired
- Sleep that hasn't improved with mattresses, supplements or general sleep tips
- Demanding schedules where poor sleep hurts your daytime performance
- Frequent travel, jet lag or shift work throwing off your sleep

Different level of care
When you need medical care first, instead.
- Signs of untreated moderate or severe sleep apnea that need a formal diagnosis
- Severe daytime sleepiness that affects driving or safety-sensitive work
- Suspected narcolepsy or another condition that needs a formal sleep lab test
- An active mental health crisis, or thoughts of self-harm
- Unstable heart or lung conditions, or recent major surgery
- A need for ongoing psychiatric or medical treatment rather than a four-day program

Submitting an application is not medical advice and does not guarantee you a spot. We may require a medical review first.
